This project is joint invested by Shenhua Group Corp, Jiali Chemical Ltd HK and Baotou Mingtian Science & Technology Co. Ltd. The total investment is 11.7billions RMB applied to develop the alkene sector of coal liquefaction with clean coal gasification technology and a new kind of coal chemical technology.

The projected annual outputs are 310thousand tons of polypropylene, 300thousand tons of polythene, 1.8million tons of carbinol, 93.76thousand tons of butylenes, 36.72thousand tons of alkyl, 14.16thousand tons of methane and propane and 19.269thousand tons of sulfur.
